For whom?
Children from 5 years and teenagers – especially those who do not drink milk every day
Dosage
• 5–10 years: 1 capsule, twice daily, approximately 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after
• 10 years and up: 1 capsule, three times daily in the same way
For children who cannot swallow capsules: open the capsule and mix the powder into milk, juice, smoothie, porridge or soup.
For best results
Use daily for at least 6 months together with a varied diet, regular physical activity and good sleep .
